How Patriot Crawl Space Repairs Started

Robbie and April McCarty started Patriot Crawl Space Repairs in August of 2023.  At the time, they had been in the real estate and house flipping business for over 15 years.  Their business was taking a beating and on the verge of bankruptcy due to the "post COVID" market swings.


On a Saturday morning Robbie told April they had to make a change, and he suggested they start a structural repair company.  April asked "when"?  Robbie replied "Monday".  Robbie made a logo and website that day, and formed a marketing plan.


April started cold calling real estate agents for repair jobs, and by God's grace, since the second week in business, the work schedule has been full.  They came to love the crawl space repair business, and are now committed to growing it for their family, and for their employees' families.

The Short Term Vision

2025 - 2027

The short term vision of Patriot Crawl Space Repairs is to obtain shop and office space to allow for further growth.  We hope to move into a sizable shop space with offices by the fall of 2025.


We project expansion to 4 crews in 2026, and six crews by mid 2027, which would involve moving into a larger shop space.  With more growth comes the need for crew leaders, field supervisors, and operations managers in various departments.  For this we will need leadership training and strong operating systems in place.

The Long Term Vision

2027 - 2032

The long term vision of Patriot Crawl Space Repairs is to create the largest foundation, crawl space, and attic repair organization in the United States, through licensing agreements, so that local managers are owners, under their own brand.


We plan to launch the licensing model by mid 2027, and have 100 partner locations by 2032.  The plan is for us to handle the training, marketing, supply chain, books, and back office, so contractor-owners can manage the work on the ground, creating real wealth and business equity for the location owners.
